Expect about 90 minutes each week for the call, plus small weekly tasks (think reflection prompts or doable experiments, not homework marathons). Daisy is designed to fit into your life — not hijack it.
Depends on the tier you choose. At minimum, you’ll get me live each week in group calls. Higher tiers include private calls, ongoing voice notes, and extra support.

"Chef's choice!" This is up to you. We can use it as a "map" session to plan some core things to work on over the six weeks, or at the end to plan "llfe after daisy".
